Under John’s leadership, Order Up! became synonymous with digital transformation for venues, enabling QR code enabled table ordering, pickup, delivery, and bespoke branded commerce experiences for hospitality businesses of all sizes.
In 2023, Order Up! was acquired as part of a strategic consolidation within the hospitality technology sector. A combined $152 million acquisition that brought together multiple complementary technology businesses to build one of the largest end-to-end digital platforms for hospitality, QSRs, and multi-site venues in the Asia Pacific region.
